Encik Noor Azri bin Dato’ Sri Noor Azerai graduated with an Honours Degree in Finance, Investment and Risk from London Institute of Banking and Finance, United Kingdom (‘UK’), in 2021. Prior to this, in the year 2018, he gained some experience in corporate finance and investment in equity and commodity derivatives during his stint with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad respectively, involving initial public offering exercises, as well as managing portfolios of high value net worth individuals.He also founded a UK based company involved in investment in private companies in the UK and Europe. Currently, he sits few private limited companies in Malaysia and the UK.

Encik Mohd Shakir graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Encik Mohd Shakir began his career with Arthur Andersen and Co. as an Auditor from 1997 to 2000. He then served with Harta Usahawan Sdn Bhd as an Accountant until June 2001. Later, he resided in Australia for a year, and upon his return to Malaysia, he joined Baqir Hussain, Yeap and Associates in April 2003 as a freelance auditor for a month, prior to joining Khairuddin Hasyudeen and Razi as an Audit Manager in May 2003 until the present time.

Encik Mohd Shakir is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of both Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad and Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad.

Encik Syed Zulkifli Bin Syed Ismail has experience in various business areas including business development, operation management and corporate shared services that covers Corporate Planning, Transformation, Marketing, Risk Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Corporate Legal, Corporate Communication and HR Strategy. He is proficient in identifying organization needs and have a desire to build a strong business strategy and expertise in exceeding targeted goals and developing productive business relationships with investors. He previously served as the Group Chief Strategy Officer of a public listed company and was influential in positive business turnaround of the Group in 2017.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School AAGBS-UiTM, and Degree of Economics from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. He is also a member of Institute of Corporate Director Malaysia (ICDM) and a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). Currently, he sits on the Board of several private limited companies in Malaysia.

Ms Chih Yi May has held management positions in multiple healthcare-related companies. In this role, she effectively implements the company’s strategic objectives, direction, business plans, budgets, and procedures, showcasing her leadership skills. She excels in planning and implementing sales, business development, and marketing activities – driving maximum profitability and growth while staying aligned with the company’s vision and values. Also, having successfully established her own business since March 2018, Ms Chih amassed valuable managerial experience in overseeing administrative, marketing, and distribution tasks for various types of products.

Ms Chih holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Investment as well as a Diploma in Business Studies from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She does not hold any directorship in other publicly listed companies.

Encik Mohamad Ruzaini bin Hamzah, a Malaysian was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 17 October 2023.

Encik Mohamad Ruzaini graduated with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan in 2009.

He began his career with Malayan Banking Berhad as an Executive in Risk Management in 2010. He gained experience in group credit risk management and was allowed to attend the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Program organised by Bank Negara Malaysia (“FSTEP”). In 2011, he joined RHB Bank Berhad as the Treasury Financial Analyst until December 2013.

He is currently the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Yayasan Seri Negara Malaysia since 2021, involved in philanthropic endeavours and charitable programs with the objective towards improving the welfare of the communities. Encik Ruzaini is also a Managing Director of Formasi Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company involved in Malaysia’s IT Systems, Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) business. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations including financial management, business development and team leadership.

Encik Muhammad Badri Bin Hussin (“Encik Muhammad”) is currently the Executive Director cum Chief Operating Officer of Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre since 4 March 2024. He was a Group CEO of a private entity, Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd from 1 February 2023 till 29 February 2024. He graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 1996 with Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in 2015.

Encik Badri began his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers for four years from 1997 to 2001. He subsequently joined a retail pharmaceutical company, PharmaCare Medicine Shoppe Sdn Bhd in 2001. He later joined KPJ Healthcare Group and served with KPJ Healthcare Berhad for twenty-one years. He started as an accountant at KPJ Ampang Puteri in 2002 and was subsequently appointed as General Manager for Hospital Penawar Pasir Gudang in 2004 and Puteri Specialist Hospital Johor Baharu in 2006. He was then assigned to be a Director to manage two hospitals in Indonesia namely Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau Jakarta in 2006 and Rumah Sakit Medika Bumi Serpong Damai Tangerang in 2009. In 2012, he was appointed as a General Manager of former KPJ Kuantan Specialist Hospital and subsequently promoted as Chief Executive Officer. He was involved in the development, commissioning and opening of the new KPJ Pahang Specialist Hospital in 2016 and was appointed as its Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of KPJ Tawakkal KL. In 2020, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer as well as Director of KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital.

Datuk Wira Muhammad Faizal began his career with several public companies after pursued his accountancy studies at UiTM Arau, Perlis. In 1993, he founded FZ Agency, a used car and insurance agency. Thereafter he engaged into a strategic partnership with Hoshino IMPUL Co. Ltd of Japan and became a sole importer and distributor of IMPUL tuned vehicles in Malaysia in 2004. He serves in advisory capacities as a Corporate Advisor for Homevest Sdn Bhd, a rapidly growing property management company; Twistcode Technologies Sdn Bhd, the fastest super-computing with artificial intelligence start-up in Malaysia; and a Special Advisor to the Malaysia Industry Forward Association. In 2022, he was promoted as an International Banking and Financial Consultant at UBB Investment Bank Limited, whereby he gained his experience in strategic analysis, wealth management, and risk assessment. In July 2022, he was offered the post of Special Advisor to the Malaysia Industry Forward Association (MIFA). Recently, he was made Chairman by Kanzun Wealth Berhad, an associate of a venture capital management company that focuses on investment in syariah compliant financial derivatives. Apart from his business endeavours, Datuk Wira Muhammad Faizal is actively involved in humanitarian efforts. He is a multifaceted entrepreneur and philanthropist, where he was instrumental in founding Pertubuhan Kebajikan Baitul Aman, a charitable organization keen on helping tahfiz schools and orphanages. Additionally, he was the Vice President of Persatuan Alumni SMSAH, which organized charity golf tournaments since 2009 until 2015.

Encik Mohammad Hasni is a Chartered Accountant with working experience over 25 years in diverse fields covering accounting, secretarial, financial management and business consulting. He graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2010. He is currently a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a certified instructor of the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) in accounting, finance, entrepreneurship and motivation. Encik Mohammad Hasni began his career with MNZ Associates as a manager responsible in setting up standard working procedures and generating programs to assist audit associates in performing their jobs. In 2002, he was appointed as the Head of Corporate Consultancy Division Wan Ali Jaafar Associates in providing accounting and advisory services, due diligence, and valuation services to the firms clients. Subsequently, he was promoted as the General Manger in 2004, to oversee human resource administration, finance division and branch coordination across nationwide. In 2006, he joined Hasni Siti & Partners as a Director to develop the MYOB accounting business and provides services in setting up accounting system and user training to manage the application. Apart from that, he is also an Approved Accountant for the Asian Business Software Solutions which develop and sell accounting software for the SMEs. Encik Mohammad Hasni is currently a Partner of a private entity, Hasrin Hasni Associates, an accounting and financial management firm, involved in marketing, finance, human resource and accounting operation, serving the small and medium entrepreneurs to facilitate the development and improvement of their business processes.

Mr Yap Kok Wei (“Mr Yap”) operated as a Portfolio Manager (Asia Pacific) with Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management in Hong Kong for almost ten years, covering the Asia Pacific region. During this time, he plays an important role in macro and equity research, considerably adding to the organization’s fund performance, marketing, and fundraising efforts. Mr. Yap’s overseas experience includes his work as a Senior Analyst (ASEAN) at Huatai-Pinebridge Fund Management in Shanghai, China, where he concentrated on macro and equity research. Mr Yap is currently the Chief Investment Officer for Proven Venture Capital PLT. He has vast experience in the investment industry and manages equity funds.
