Gene Dtect

Gene Dtect looks at patterns of genetic variation within all human genes in the protein coding space. This information can be used to characterise known molecular markers associated with Mendelian diseases.

The depth and breadth of these markers also has application within the haplotyping of individual patients, and aids in the understanding of the rare genetic variations that may be causal for a broader range of genetic diseases.
